68 Links of Love

For posterity!About two weeks ago I had a post about how I set up and maintain my blog roll. Now that it’s been a while since the NBI finally ended I’ve been able to look comprehensively at who was sticking around in the NBI, who I wanted to follow that generally met my guidelines, and where I would make exceptions for people that I read on a daily basis even if they broke a couple of my standards. I had started to pare out blogs to separate categories to break up the big ol list of blogs (Every last one of them I follow and read mind you), but it just didn’t look right in the end. People tend to wander when it comes to blogging from what I’ve noticed and someone that might be game specific one week could go off on an entirely different tangent the next.

Needless to say, the blog roll is complete and updated off to the right. If you’re a blogger, and you’re on there, great! I read your stuff and like it! If you’re not on there I suppose I could have genuinely missed you in all the hubbub. But refer back to this post, also keep in mind that your content might just not do it for me at this time. No offense intended, it’s a “stuff I read” list more than anything else. If anyone is looking for a nicely formatted flat HTML list of blogs to steal/scrape for their own site, feel free to grab them off the source on this page. This has been a painful experience, adding 30 new blogs to the roll and removing some of the ones that had gone inactive. Lots of copy/cut/paste action involved.

Thanks to everyone out there for keeping me neck deep in content everyday.

  1. Hey Grimnir, appreciate it you keeping my blog in your blogroll evenbthough my blog is pretty much a ghost town nowadays.I owe you and the rest of the blogs in my blogroll a big apology, I’m rarely reading any of them these days. With that said though, keep keeping on. šŸ˜›
